This week a short stretch of our wireless charging technology has been installed in northern Sweden, roughly 400 km north of Stockholm. The purpose is to test the system in a harsh winter environment, with heavy frost heave that lifts the road. The Swedish Transport Administration has chosen the road stretch for testing both Electreon’s system and one conductive technology.
The test will last for two winters. We look forward to sharing the test results, stay tuned!
